If you emailed me or replied to an LJ comment of mine between roughly 5 PM Pacific on Wednesday and noon on Thursday, I didn't get it. I let my mailspool get too big, and procmail ate it.
So lemme know if you responded to any of my LJ comments in a journal that is not mine ('cause I can see those ones.)
I need to steal a few minutes to write. But isn't going to happen yet.
Anyway, Mom and I are going to go see Nemo tomorrow (yeah, I've already seen it once, but I liked it, and I want mom to see it) and then go out and eat. I've got my notebook with me and I've copied questions from interviews in them, and will work on those. (Although there's a few questions I've already got a rough answer planned out, I just have to give it a bit more thought.)
Not sure what else there is, except that I'm going to go see Bend it Like Beckham and X2 in the next week (the local theatre does a "first showing M-F for $3.75" ticket, which is why I can afford this) and trying to dig through the pile of boxes.
And getting caught up in LJ, I keep forgetting to type out what I'm thinking.
But bed now, so I can get some sleep before tomorrow. If any questions come in between now and the morning, I'll add 'em to my notebook. (And I'm open to being interviewed, or even giving 'em, if anybody wants one.) :)
I got a new pair of batting gloves yesterday. Blue, black, and white (it is my curse to like blue and hate the Dodgers, I guess...).
Today I decide to test them out, so I pull a bat out of my baseball gear and go to swing a couple times on the back porch. They'll be nice when I can actually get into a game of softball. Anyway, the dog wanted to play, and I didn't want her to feel bad with me swinging the bat, so I got the bright idea to grab a couple of tennis balls of hers and hit them out into the backyard for her to chase.
A few swings later, they're over the fence and gone. Metal bats and tennis balls don't work well together. :)
So when it cools off a bit, I'll go attempt to retrieve them, I hope my neighbors aren't too upset.
And it makes me wish we had a lot of land so that I could let her loose offleash to retrieve them and not worry about knocking 'em over a neighbor's fence.
