flotsam and jetsam

random acts of Zonage tonight -- I watched Miracle and proclaim it good, point out that Bush is a coward for wanting to cancel the St. Louis debate, and ramble a bit on the transcendent. All in a good night's work.

Anybody want to get me one of these? (thanks to luns for pointing them out ot me.) Only thing cooler would be a DENIED stamp. You can't have too many DENIED stamps. ;) (and while I need to update it, my thinkgeek wishlist resides here.)

Had a long talk with my therapist today, and he agrees that getting out of Dodge is the wisest idea, so I'm going to start getting the pieces together for moving out. In the meantime, I'll take the advice German fathers gave their sons headed off to the lines in WWII -- keep your head down, don't volunteer for anything, and surrender to the first American you see. Okay, well, two out of three ain't bad.

There's other things I want to grumble about or otherwise, but it's tired and I'm late, so...g'nigh LJ world, and I'll be back tomorrow.

When the flood calls / You have no home, you have no walls / In the thunder crash / You're a thousand minds, within a flash / Don't be afraid to cry at what you see / The actors gone, there's only you and me / And if we break before the dawn / they'll use up what we used to be.
